Like in the past, Cocorette hens are raised on small family farms. The henhouse is a complementary activity to animal husbandry and crop farming. It is often the farmer's wife who takes care of the hens and collects the eggs.

On Cocorette farms the hens are well looked after and free to roam. Each hen has 10m2 of field.

It lays its eggs in a small cosy nest lined with straw.

The Farmer's wife carefully collects the eggs by hand twice a day.

Cocorette hens eat only good things: natural cereal-based feed specially formulated for them.

A healthy ans suitable diet.

Cocorette hens are raised and spend most of their days roaming free.

Cocorette farmers are rigorously selected according to their ability and desire to produce eggs in accordance with highly stringent farming traditions.

Farmers who respect tradition.

Through this partnership we are helping to support a rural activity that has benefits for every one of its consumers.

Many Cocorette farms achieve financial stability thanks to the additional revenue provided by farm egg production.
