Investment in a co-extrusion machine 3200 mm in width

International specialist in the processing of polyethylene by extrusion/inflation, Chrystal Plastic has invested €2.7 million in the purchase of the latest generation multi-layer extrusion machine.

Integrated into a best performance research approach, this 3200 mm width co-extrusion machine can work thicknesses of 10 microns on highly technical materials, and is equipped with the latest generation of width and thickness control. The recruitment of a team of 10 employees over the year is also planned in order to support the production system, to ensure the quality of production, and to develop the technical expertise of Chrystal Plastic.

Chrystal Plastic has founded its expertise in its constant search for the improved performance of its products and these investments fit perfectly into this approach. They complement the manufacturing process with a latest generation machine for high-end productions to meet high performance products: reduced thicknesses, mechanical properties, etc.

A new investment of multi-layer machines is also expected in 2014.
